Patch 10.3 — League of Legends Patch 10.3 Preview (Jungle Experience Buff, Akali Nerf)
Patch 10.3 is almost a week away, but Riot Games have finalized the balance changes. Let’s take a look at what hits live soon.
Champions in Patch 10.3
Akali
- Q cost increased from 100/95/90/85/80 to 120/115/110/105/100
- W movement speed buff is changed from 20/25/30/35/40% while in the shroud to 30/35/40/45/50% on cast decaying over 2 seconds
- The first R dash is now a targeted ability, not a free target one
Aphelios
- Calibrum marks range is now capped at 2,000
Azir
- R soldier count increased from 5/6/7 to 6/7/8 (makes the wall wider)
Corki
- Special delivery scaling changes from +37.5% bonus AD & +5% AP to +50% bonus AD & + 6% AP
Diana
- Base mana lowered from 420 to 375
- W damage decreased from 22/34/46/58/70 to 18/30/42/54/66
Ekko
- Base Attack Speed decreased from 6.88 to 6.25
- W stun duration lowered from 2.25 to 2 seconds
Ezreal
- Mana growth per level increased from 42 to 50
- Attack Speed growth per level increased from 1.5% to 2.5%
Galio
- Q tornado duration increased from 1.5 to 2 seconds
- Q damage ticks number increased from 3 to 4
Leona
- W damage decreased from 60/100/140/180/220 to 60/95/130/165/200
- E damage lowered from 60/100/140/180/220 to 50/90/130/170/210
Lucian
- Fixed a bug that made Lucian’s second passive shot crit for full damage
Miss Fortune
- Attack Speed gain per level lowered from 3 to 2.25%
Rumble
- W movement speed lowered from 20/25/30/35/40% to 15/20/25/30/35% (enhanced values are still 150% of the base ones)
- W shield decreased from 80/110/140/170/200 to 60/95/130/165/200
Sona
- E self-haste decreased from 25%+4% per 100 AP to 20%+3% per 100 AP
Sejuani
- Introduced a 10% attack speed bonus at Level 1
- The Passive now falls off after hits from small monsters
Senna
- Soul drop rate on minions killed by allies increased from 20% to 25%
- Soul drop rate on cannons killed by Senna lowered from 100% to 2%
Sett
- Base HP regeneration lowered from 9.25 to 8
- W cooldown is increased from 16/14/12/10/8 to 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 seconds
- W base damage is lowered from 90/125/160/195/230 to 90/120/150/180/210
Yuumi
- Empowered Q damage tweaked from 50/95/140/185/230/275+40% AP to 45/80/115/150/185/220+40% AP+2–8% of enemy current health
- Q cost decreased from 85/90/95/100/105/110 to 90
- E healing rescaled from 70/110/150/190/230+30% AP to 70/100/130/160/190+40% AP
Patch 10.3 Jungle
Monster Hunter Buff
- Large monsters experience increased from 50 to 60
- One-time bonus for the first large monster is decreased from 165 experience to 150
- Penalty for excessive minion farm tweaked from -10 gold on minions before Jungle item completion to -13 gold on minions before 14:00
Krugs
- Total Krug camp experience increased from 160 to 175
- Total Krug camp gold increased from 125 to 135
- Individual gold and experience values were redistributed between the monsters
Buff Camps
- Base camp experience lowered from 110 to 110
Monster Experience Level Scaling
- Level 4 rate increased from 1.025 to 1.075
- Level 5–6 rate increased from 1.1 to 1.15
