Patch 10.7 Changes — League of Legends (Wukong Nerfs, Akali & Kai’Sa Buffs)
Patch 10.7 changes are here. Patch day is coming in less than a week but a preliminary list of changes is out. It features the Fiddlesticks rework and multiple balance tweaks. Let’s what the developers have come up with so far.
Patch 10.7 Changes: Runes
- Conditioning now kicks in at 12:00 instead of 10:00
- Phase Rush bonus for melee champions is increased from 30–50% to 40–60%

Akali
- E now deals Magic Damage. As a result, the ability will be benefiting from Magic Penetration items
Corki
- Package delivery burn extended from 1.5 to 2 seconds
Fiddlesticks
Galio
- R now grants allies a magic shield for 6 seconds. It scales with Galio’s max HP
Garen
- Passive cooldown increased from 7 to 8 seconds
- Q movement speed buff duration lowered from 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 to 1/1.65/2.3/2.95/3.6 seconds
Ivern
- E damage increased from 60/80/100/120/140 to 70/95/120/145/170
- R cooldown lowered from 160/140/120 to 140/130/120
Kai’Sa
- E cooldown lowered from 16/15.5/15/14.5/14 to 16/15/14/13/12
Nasus
- W range increased from 600 to 700
- E armor reduction increased from 15/20/25/30/35% to 25/30/35/30/45%
Nocturne
- Base HP regeneration decreased from 8.5 to 7
- Magic Resistance gain lowered from 1.25 to 0.75 per level
Riven
- Base HP increased from 7 to 8.5
Talon
- W initial damage recalculated from 50/65/80/95/110+40% bonus AD to 45/60/75/90/105+45% bonus AD
- W return damage recalculated from 70/85/100/115/130+60% bonus AD to 45/65/85/105/125+65% bonus AD
Wukong
- [P]assive armor lowered from 5–11 to 5–9
- E damage decreased from 80/120/160/200/240 to 70/105/140/175/210
Xin Zhao
- [P]assive heal increased from 10–68 to 10–112
