League of Legends Patch Notes — Patch 10.10 Preview (Katarina and Miss Fortune Nerfs, Soraka Buffs)

Patch 10.10 is very close, and although Riot hasn’t published full patch notes yet, all changes are locked in. Let’s have a look.

Patch notes 10.10 – Champions

Annie

  • E damage reduced recalculated from 10/13/16/19/22% to 13/17/21/25/29%
  • R aura damage increased from 10/15/20+10% Ability Power to 20/30/40+20% Ability Power

Diana

  • Lvl1 health decreased from 594 to 570

Irelia

  • E damage increased from 70/110/150/190/230 to 80/125/170/215/260

Katarina

  • [P]assive Ability Power scaling lowered from 55/70/85/100% to 55/66/77/88%

Kayn

  • [P]assive Rhaast healing decreased from 34.5–43% to 30–40% of the damage

Kled

  • Q cooldown nerfed from 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 to 11/10/9/8/7

Maokai

  • Q mana cost increased from 50 to 60

Miss Fortune

  • W movement speed lowered from 60/70/90/90/100 to 40/50/60/70/80

Nidalee

  • Q Ability Power scaling increased from 40 to 50%

Sivir

  • Mana restore boosted from 80/95/110/125/140 to 110/120/130/140/150

Soraka

  • Q damage increased from 75/110/145/180/215 to 85/120/155/190/235
  • W health refund when rejuvenated increased from 60/70/80/90/100% to 80/85/90/95/100%

Taric

  • Health gain lowered from 90 to 85 per level
  • W bonus armor decreased from 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% to 10/11/12/13/14%

Twisted Fate

  • Lvl1 Attack Damage increased from 49.954 to 52
  • R cost lowered from 150 to 100

Udyr

  • Base movement speed increased from 345 to 350
