League of Legends Patch Notes — Patch 10.11 Preview (ADC and Lux Buffs, Talon Nerfs)

Patch 10.11 for League of Legends will be released in a week but Riot has just revealed a preview of the changes, including the long-awaited ADC buffs. Here they are.

Patch 10.11 League of Legends – ADC

Itemization

• Phantom Dancer: Movement Speed increased from 5% to 7%
• Rapid Fire Cannon: Movement Speed increased from 5% to 7%
• Runaan’s Hurricane: Movement Speed increased from 5% to 7%
• Statikk Shiv: Movement Speed increased from 5% to 7%
• Zeal: Movement Speed increased from 5% to 7%

+30 Base HP, +2 HP per Level

• Aphelios
• Ashe
• Caitlyn
• Draven
• Ezreal
• Jhin
• Jinx
• Kai’Sa
• Kog’Maw
• Miss Fortune
• Sivir
• Twitch
• Varus
• Xayah

Scaling

• Kalista: W passive damage bumped from 10/12/14/16/18% to 14/15/16/17/18%, W active mana cost removed
• Lucian: The second [P]assive shot can now crit for 100% of the bonus damage, not 75%
• Tristana: Attack speed ratio increased from 0.656 to 0.679
• Vayne: Q bonus Attack Damage increased from 50/55/60/65/70% to 60/65/70/75/80%

Patch 10.11 League of Legends – Champions

Fiddlesticks

• “Will terrify enemies when casting while posing as an effigy”
• W damage to minions increased from 40% to 60%

Gangplank

• Attack speed ratio increased from 0.658 to 0.69

Graves

• Q scaling lowered from 100% of bonus Attack Damage to 80%

Hecarim

• Q damage increased from 55/95/135/175/215 to 60/102/144/186/228

Janna

• W damage lowered from 55/90/125/160/195 to 55/85/115/145/175

Kai’Sa

• Q bonus AD ratio increased from 35% to 40%
• R range increased from 1500/2000/2500 to 1500/2250/3000

Lux

• E slow duration after detonating increased from 0.25 to 1 second

Syndra

• E cooldown increased from 16/15/14/13/12 to 18/17/16/15/14 seconds

Talon

• Q mana cost increased from 30 to 40
• Q healing on kill recalculated from 20–71 to 10–71 (still scales with Talon’s level)
