League of Legends Patch Notes — Patch 11.2 Preview (Galeforce and Kraken Slayer nerfs, Senna Buffs)
The upcoming Patch 11.2 attempts to tame the bursty nature of League of Legends that was never addressed in the Preseason. After two weeks of Season 11 Ranked play, Riot is nerfing the worst balance offenders (such as Galeforce and Kraken Slayer) while adding some power to underperforming champions.

Ravenous Hunter
- Omnivamp per stack lowered from 2% to 1.7%

Chempunk Chainsword
- Cost lowered from 2,700 to 2,600 Gold
- Health decreased from 200 to 150
Essence Reaver
- Mana restore formula changed from 3% Max Mana to 40% of Base Attack Damage + 16% Bonus Attack Damage
Frostfire Gauntlet
- Cost lowered from 3,200 to 2,800 gold
- Build path changed from Bami’s + Null + Chain Vest + 850 Gold to Bami’s + Null + Cloth Armor + 850 Gold
- Ability Haste increased from 15 to 20
- Armor lowered from 50 to 25
Hextech Rocketbelt
- Movement Speed boost decreased from 50% for 2 seconds to 30% for 1.5 seconds
Galeforce
- Cloudburst cooldown increased from 60 to 90 seconds
Gargoyle Stoneplate
- Bonus resistances when attacked by enemy champions increased from 3%/stack (at 15% max) to 5%/stack (up to 25%)
Imperial Mandate
- The per target cooldown now starts from the user initially applying crowd control, not allies proccing the Imperial Mandate after that. This change intends to make Imperial Mandate weaker, as users no longer can immediately give their allies another opportunity to proc the effect
Kraken Slayer
- Champions that deal lower damage with on-hit modifiers (Aphelios, Katarina, Urgot) will have the same penalty for Kraken Slayer procs
Phantom Dancer
- Cost increased from 2,500 to 2,600 Gold
- Attack Speed bonus increased from 40% to 45%
Runaan’s Hurricane
- Cost increased from 2,500 to 2,600 Gold
- Attack Speed bonus increased from 40% to 45%
Serpent’s Fang
- Cost lowered from 2,800 to 2,600
- Attack Damage decreased from 60 to 55
Shureliya’s Reverie
- Health lowered from 350 to 200
- 5% Movement Speed bonus replaced by 40 Ability Power
- Base Mana Regeneration increased from 50% to 100%
- Build Path changed from Forbidden Idol + Crystalline Bracer + 600 Gold to Kindlegem + Bandleglass Mirror + 300 Gold
Sunfire Aegis
- Mythic passive changed from 5 Ability Haste per Legendary item to 5% Tenacity and Slow Resistance per Legendary item
Turbo Chemtank
- Cost lowered from 3,200 to 2,800
- Build Path changed from Bami’s + Negatron + Cloth + 900 Gold to Bami’s + Null + Cloth + 850 Gold
- Ability Haste increased from 15 to 20
- Magic Resistance lowered from 50 to 25
- Mythic passive changed from 5% Tenacity and Slow Resistance per Legendary item to 5 Ability Haste per Legendary item
Umbral Glaive
- Cost lowered from 2,800 to 2,600 Gold
- Attack Damage decreased from 55 to 50
- Caufield’s Warhammer replaced by 2 Long Swords in the build path

- Attack Damage per level increased from 2.88 to 3.3
Elise
- Q spider damage lowered from 70/110/150/190/230 to 70/105/140/175/210
Darius
- [Passive] Noxian Might bonus Attack Damage lowered from 30–230 to 20–205 (still scales with champion level)
Dr. Mundo
- Q HP refund on hit increased from 40% to 50%, HP refund on kill bumped from 80% to 100%
- E cost lowered from 25/35/45/55/65 to 20/30/40/50/60, damage buffed from 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 to 4/4.5/5/5.5/6% maximum HP
- R healing increased from 50/75/100% to 50/80/110% maximum HP
LeBlanc
- Health per Level increased from 92 to 97
- Q mana cost lowered from 50/60/70/80/90 to 50/55/60/65/70
Maokai
- Mana cost increased from 60/65/70/75/80 to 60/70/80/90/100
- Ability Power scaling lowered from 1% per 100 AP to 0.8% per 100 AP
Nocturne
- Q cooldown lowered from 10 to 8 seconds
- R cooldown from 150/125/100 to 140/115/90 seconds
Nunu
- Mana cost increased from 60/65/70/75/80 to 60/70/80/90/100
- Ability Power scaling lowered from 1% per 100 AP to 0.8% per 100 AP
Olaf
- W Lifesteal increased from 14/16/18/20/22% to 16/18/20/22/24%
- W healing amplification lowered from 0–50% to 0–33% (still scales with Olaf’s missing health)
Senna
- Attack Speed ratio from 0.2 to 0.3
- Non-kill ghoul spawn chance increased from 22% to 28%
- Gold from ghouls increased from 3 to 8
- Q heal scaling increased from 40% Attack Damage & 25% Ability Power to 50% Attack Damage & 40% Ability Power
Shaco
- [Passive] Base backstab damage increased from 10/13.75/17.5/21.25/25 to 20/23.75/27.5/31.25/35
Soraka
- Q health restore increased from 50/60/70/80/90 to 50/65/80/95/110
