Patch notes 10.9. The patch is not quite here yet, but Riot Games already have a tentative list of changes. Let’s take a look.
Patch notes 10.9. – Items
Sanguine Blade
- Recipe cost lowered from 1,100 to 1,000 gold
- Attack Damage increased from 50 to 55
Patch notes 10.9. – Champions
Bard
- W movement speed lowered from 50% to 30%
- W cooldown increased from 12 to 14 seconds
- E cooldown nerfed from 18/17/16/15/14 to 22/20.5/19/17.5/16 seconds
Cho’Gath
- E damage increased from 22/34/46/58/70 to 22/37.5/53/68.5/84
Fiddlesticks
- E damage increased from 70/100/130/160/190 to 70/105/140/175/210
Gnar
- Mega Q cooldown refund increased from 60% to 70%
- Mega E damage increased from 50/85/120/155/190 to 80/115/150/185/220
Karthus
- Base movement speed lowered from 335 to 325
Kayn
- Q cooldown lowered from 7/6.5/6/5.5/5 to 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 seconds
- Q now deals bonus damage to minions
- W decaying slow increased from 70% to 90%
Lissandra
- Q cooldown recalculated from 10/8.5/7/5.5/4 to 8/7/6/5/4 seconds
Nami
- Base HP lowered from 489.32 to 475
- Base Mana decreased from 277.24 to 265
- [P]assive movement speed lowered from 60 to 45
Trundle
- R cooldown increased from 100/80/60 to 120/100/80
Quinn
- Q near sight duration increased from 1.5 to 1.75 seconds
Wukong
- Base Armor lowered from 34 to 31
- Q damage decreased from 30/55/80/105/130 to 20/45/70/95/120
- W clone damage lowered from 40/45/50/55/60% to 35/40/45/50/55%

When will Patch 10.9 for League of Legends be released?
Patch 10.9 is set for Wednesday, April 29. There will be a few hours of downtime during which you can’t play League of Legends. The maintenance is usually scheduled for the early morning of Wednesday (server time).
What is new in League’s Patch 10.9?
Patch 10.9 comes with a Sanguine Blade buff and multiple champion balance tweaks. Bard, Nami, Wukong took the hardest hits while Kayn received a nice boost.
When will Patch 10.9 full release notes come out?
Complete release notes are usually published the evening before the patch. You can expect them on Tuesday, April 28.
